Project Overview

This report provides a summary of key information relating to a set of projects.

  1. Open the Reports view in the left-hand pane.
  2. Click Project in the left-hand pane.
  3. Click Project Overview in the left-hand pane.
  4. The report setup window opens in the main desktop. Specify the report options you require.

    You can restrict the report to active projects only by selecting the Active Projects Only checkbox.

    And using the Client, Client Analysis Grouping and Project Analysis Grouping drop-downs, you can control which clients and projects are included in the report.

  5. Click Submit to generate the report.

Contents of the Report

Column Description

Client

The client name.

Project

The project name.

Date of First Timesheet Entry

The very first timesheet entry in this project (not necessarily in the report's span of time).

Last Invoice Date

The very last invoice date in this project (not necessarily in the report's span of time).

Total Time Spent to Date

Monetary value of the total time worked in this project since its beginning.

Total Time in Period Selected

Monetary value of the total time worked in this project in the report's From/To span of time.

Total Expenses

Value of the total expenses in the project.

Earnings Adjustment

Total value of the project's earnings adjustment to date.

Billed

Total amount billed in the project to date.

Written Off

Total amount written off in the project to date.

WIP

Current WIP balance.

Drs Bal

Current debtors balance.

WOFF YTD

Total write-off amount in the year to date.

Invoices YTD

Total amount invoiced in the year to date.

Credit Notes YTD

Total credit note amount in the year to date.

These columns specify the project analysis groups to which each project belongs.
